4x4 no funciona

Hello, good day. I have a 2004 Nissan Titan. The transfer case actuator can be heard activating, but I don't remember if the 4WD is supposed to be displayed on the screen. When I move a few feet away, it no longer moves, it gets stuck. Could someone tell me what I could do, because some people tell me that it might be the activator?
